Spire Climbing Center Waiver

All participants must sign a Spire Climbing Center Waiver.  Pariticpants under 18 must have waivers signed by parent or court appointed guardian. 

Download Paper Waiver - Print, complete, sign and bring it with you to Spire.

Online E-Sign Waiver - Enter info, e-sign, submit, confirm via email.  Your waiver will be on file at Spire when you get there!
